Materials: Canvas, Acrylic Paint (Orange, purple, yellow, blue, pink, and green).
Year: 2015 Art Foundations The first thing I did was think of what type of art I should do and what mood. I decided that I wanted to do a abstract piece that conveys the mood of craziness and hectic. I decided to make vibrant colors and zig-zag shapes to convey the feeling of the shapes being hectic and just not calm. I made the outline of black paint so that the colors look more vibrant.

Materials: canvas, acrylic paint (black, dark & light blue, dark & light pink) , pencil, paintbrushes.
Year: 2015 Art Foundations When I think of activism I think of something along the lines of gay marriage and equality. When I did my first sketch I didn't have the yellow around the symbols. I added the yellow because I wanted them to look like they are radiating happinesslike the words say above.

Materials: pencil, black, black pen, tracing paper, yellow colored pencil.
Year: 2015 Art Foundations I wanted to portray that you can always find some sort of happiness in sadness. The only color in the project is yellow and grey. The yellow symbolizes happiness and the grey sadness. I got the idea from a song lyric that said: She can make a storm could break pulling out the sun.
