Year: 2017 Digital Art For my dreamscape I wanted to convey that how when you read you go into your own little world. You start to imagine the characters and the scenery that the book describes to you. I chose to put a chair in because I wanted the scene to seem like like the person was there and immersed in their surroundings.

Year: 2017 Digital Art I know that for my first gif I should do something relatively simple so I decided to do something with shapes. In the future I want to make a gif of a logo. For this project I could not get the whole thing into one gif so I had to separate it into three parts. The first one is of the ball melting into the floor, and the other two are of when it drips into the triangle. One meaning that might be applied might be that people can change. So that ball goes from a ball to a liquid then to a triangle. People have different forms just like this object does.

Year: 2017 Digital Art I wanted to make a piece that represented peace and serenity to me. So I took all of the things that I enjoy and kind of put them together into a scene to make a gif with a few different moving parts. I wanted the whole piece to look kind of gloomy, but not scary, so I think that I accomplished that. I think that I did a good job when I was making the window, plant, and cat with making the shadows so that they didn't super look flat. Overall I think that what I had in my mind was executed pretty well although there were some things that I know I could have done better.

Year: 2017 Digital Art I wanted to work on my skills in landscapes and depth so I decided to make a mountain landscape. I took some interest and inspiration in Steven Universe because I really like how you obviously know that it is a cartoon but it has a realistic look to it. I am happy with the way the color palette played out because I wanted it to look soft and not super saturated. I was going to just to use a brush to make the whole thing, but then I decided that I wanted to use solid shades and not just a brush. I think that I really accomplished the look of depth by using darker colors in the front and lighter colors farther back.
